• Prices for reports and consultations are listed on the website and may change without prior notice.
• All payments must be made in advance through our authorized payment gateways.
• Once a consultation has been delivered or a personalized report generated, the service is considered rendered and is non-refundable.
• If a service was not delivered due to a fault on our side, you may request a refund within 7 days by writing to our support team.

• Consultation durations begin at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may shorten the session without a refund.
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• You agree to behave respectfully with our astrologers. We reserve the right to terminate a session for abusive or inappropriate behavior without refund.

Astrology is interpretive in nature. We make no guarantee that any prediction, remedy, or guidance will yield specific results. Decisions you make based on astrological insight remain solely your responsibility. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Horoscope Insights and its affiliates, astrologers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
